Description
Pureed side dishes go well with the stew. Instead of lemon zest, you can add 'lemon pepper' seasoning.
Ingredients
- Veal 30 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Citrus Zest Mix ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients by washing and drying them.
Step 2
Cut the meat into strips against the grain, coat with oil, sprinkle with paprika, and let marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the mushrooms into 4 or 8 pieces.
Step 4
In a very hot skillet, sauté the veal with the mushrooms for 4–5 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, whip the cream.
Step 6
Season the meat with mushrooms with salt and pepper. Keep on high heat for another couple of minutes. Add the cream, parsley, and lemon zest. Mix everything and simmer covered for 10–15 minutes until the meat is tender.
