Zucchini with Cheese and Carrots
Ingredients
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into circles 1–1.5 cm thick and fry in olive oil on each side.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 clove of garlic.
Step 3
Grate the carrot on a fine grater, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 clove of garlic. Layer the cheese and then the carrot on top of the fried zucchini.
Step 4
Garlic can be added to taste. Optionally, you can garnish with herbs.
