  • Onion 1 piece
  • Bell pepper 1 piece
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Processed cheese 1 piece
  • Herbs to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel and dice the onion. In a heated skillet, add the butter, melt it, add the onion, and sauté until golden brown.

Step 2

Cut the zucchini into medium-sized cubes, add them to the onion, and simmer while stirring.

Step 3

Remove the seeds from the bell pepper, wash it, and cut it into cubes, then add it to the vegetables. Cover and simmer until the zucchini is softened and partially cooked.

Step 4

Then pour in the cream. Simmer for about 3-5 minutes.

Step 5

Peel and chop the garlic, crush it, and add it to the vegetables in the cream.

Step 6

Cut the processed cheese into pieces and add it to the skillet. Continue to simmer the vegetables, stirring. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 7

Chop the herbs and add them to the vegetables, mix well. Remove the skillet from the heat.
