Zucchini Casserole with Parmesan and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Courgette 1 piece
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into very thin rounds. Do the same with the tomatoes.
Step 2
In a small ceramic dish (approximately 20x20 cm), layer the zucchini, sprinkle with salt, and spread sour cream on top.
Step 3
Next, layer the tomatoes and sprinkle with salt. Then again zucchini, salt, and sour cream. It doesn't matter how many layers, just make sure to end with zucchini.
Step 4
Beat the eggs and pour them over the vegetables. Place in the oven at 355°F for about 15–20 minutes. Cover it!
Step 5
Grate the cheese finely. Mince the garlic. Mix with the cheese. When the dish is ready, remove the lid, sprinkle with cheese, and leave in the oven for another 5 minutes with the heat off.
