  • Veal Mince 10 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the zucchinis, cut them in half, and remove the seeds. Cut the zucchinis into cubes and blend them until smooth. Place the mixture in a colander to drain the juice.
