  • Pork Mince 25 oz
  • Lean Beef 25 oz
  • Spanish onions 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Cheese Spread 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the zucchini and slice it into rings.

Step 2

Then, arrange the sliced zucchini in a greased baking dish so that one circle slightly overlaps the other. Pour a sauce made from a mixture of mayonnaise and a small amount of water over it, and add some seasonings to taste. Top with the sautéed minced meat mixed with vegetables. Again, layer more zucchini on top, then drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 3

Bake at 355°F until the cheese melts and the zucchini becomes tender.
