  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes 15 oz
  • Ground meat 20 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 2 spoons
  • Young zucchini 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil, then add the minced meat and tomato paste. Cook until the meat is fully cooked.

Step 2

Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater and squeeze out any excess moisture.

Step 3

Beat the eggs with mayonnaise or sour cream.

Step 4

Grease the baking dish with butter and layer it with: sautéed ground meat, zucchini, pour over a mixture of eggs and mayonnaise (or sour cream), place sliced tomatoes on top, and finish with a sprinkling of grated cheese.

Step 5

Bake at 355°F for 30 minutes.
