- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
Step 2
Finely chop or grate the cheese and chop the herbs.
Step 3
Mix the baking soda with the sour cream and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the eggs, salt, and pepper, beat with a fork, then add the flour and mix.
Step 5
Then add the cheese, zucchini, and herbs, and combine.
Step 6
Transfer to a greased small baking dish.
Step 7
Bake for 40–50 minutes at 355°F.
