Zucchini Casserole
Ingredients
- Courgette 15 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
- Salt ½ spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess moisture.
Step 2
Finely chop or grate the cheese, and chop the herbs.
Step 3
Mix the baking soda with the sour cream and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the eggs, salt, and pepper, whisk with a fork, then gradually add the flour and mix well.
Step 5
Then add the cheese, zucchini, and herbs, and mix well.
Step 6
Place in a small diameter baking dish (grease it first).
Step 7
Bake for 40–50 minutes at 355°F. Allow to cool.
