Zucchini Casserole
Ingredients
- Young zucchini 10 oz
- Onion ½ piece
- Green Onion 5 oz
- Mozzarella Cheese 0 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Skim Milk 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Peel the zucchini. Grate the mozzarella and zucchini on a medium grater, finely chop the green and onion. Mix well.
Step 3
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder, milk, and mix until smooth. Crack the eggs, then add the olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix.
Step 4
Take a baking dish, grease it with olive oil, and pour in the vegetables with cheese.
Step 5
Pour the batter over the top and sprinkle the casserole with grated Parmesan. You can use any other hard cheese. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30–40 minutes.
