  • Zucchini 1 piece
  • Cherry Tomatoes 10 pieces
  • Cheese 5 oz
  • Mushrooms 5 oz
  • White Sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the zucchini into rounds. Slice the mushrooms, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Fry the zucchini for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Step 3

Sauté the mushrooms and simmer them for about 5-10 minutes.

Step 4

Layer the zucchini in a baking dish, then add the mushrooms, and top with the halved cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Place in the oven at 355°F for 15-20 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with cheese, and top with sesame seeds. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve hot.
