  • Courgette 3 pieces
  • Sour Cream 4 spoons
  • Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 10 teaspoons
  • Dill to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the zucchini into cubes.

Step 2

Add finely chopped dill and parsley to them.

Step 3

Season with salt and add spices.

Step 4

Mix the sour cream with the prepared mustard (4 tablespoons of sour cream + 1 tablespoon of mustard).

Step 5

Add 5 tablespoons of grated cheese and 2 eggs, season with salt to taste, and mix everything together.

Step 6

Place the sliced zucchini in a baking dish, then spread the egg, sour cream, and cheese mixture evenly on top.

Step 7

Sprinkle with grated cheese (4–5 tablespoons) on top.

Step 8

You can repeat the layers. Bake in the oven for 35–40 minutes until a golden crust forms on the surface.
