  • Tomato 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Cheese 0 oz

  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Herbs to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds.

Step 2

Slice the onion, carrot, and tomato into half-rings.

Step 3

Grease a baking dish with oil, layer the carrot and onion, zucchini, and tomato. Season with salt and pepper, and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.

Step 4

While the vegetables are in the oven, prepare the sauce. Lightly beat the eggs, add milk, salt, and pepper.

Step 5

When the vegetables are browned, take them out, sprinkle with herbs, pour the sauce over, sprinkle with grated cheese, and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes.
