Ingredients

  • Ground meat 20 oz
  • Young zucchini 0 lbs
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the zucchini and cut into slices. Young zucchini with thin skin can be left unpeeled, but the skin of older zucchini should be removed.

Step 2

Layer the zucchini, ground meat, onion rings, another layer of zucchini, and slices of tomatoes in a greased baking dish.

Step 3

In a bowl, beat the eggs and sour cream with a mixer. Add the grated cheese to the egg-sour cream mixture and mix everything well. Pour the resulting mixture over the casserole, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4

10 minutes before it's done, remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese, and bake until golden brown.
