  • Carrot 3 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Cauliflower 20 oz
  • Herbs 0 oz
  • Serviceberries 0 oz
  • Turmeric 0 oz
  • Bay leaf 0 oz
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) 0 oz
  • Green peppercorns 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the carrot and slice it; if the zucchini is young, you can just rinse it, if it's larger, you may peel it.

Step 2

Wash the cauliflower and break it into small florets.

Step 3

Heat a deep, thick-bottomed skillet with vegetable oil. Add the carrot to the skillet and sauté for five minutes, then add the cauliflower florets and cook for another five minutes.

Step 4

After that, add the diced zucchini to the skillet, add the spices, and stir.

Step 5

To make the zucchini and cauliflower stew juicier, you can pour half a cup of water into the skillet.

Step 6

Simmer the stew over medium heat for twenty minutes.

Step 7

When the vegetables are ready, salt the stew and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Simmer the stew for another five minutes.

Step 8

Cooking time – 30 minutes.
