Ingredients
- Zubatka 20 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the zubatka fillet and season with salt to taste. Place it on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Step 2
Chop the onion and sauté it. Meanwhile, grate the carrots and add them to the onion. Sauté.
Step 3
Place the sautéed carrots on top of the zubatka.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the fish.
Step 5
Send the dish to the oven for 20–30 minutes.
