Ingredients
- Veal Mince 10 oz
- Quail Egg 10 pieces
- Beans 1 piece
- Milk ½ cup
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the bread in milk. Squeeze out the milk, add the soaked bread to the mince. Add chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Place an egg on a patty of mince. Shape into zrazy and place on a preheated skillet.
Step 3
Fry over medium heat on both sides, then simmer for 5–7 minutes on low heat under a lid.
