Zrazy in a Multicooker
Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Ground meat 20 oz
- White bread 1 slice
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the white bread in milk.
Step 2
Pass the meat and onion through a meat grinder, add the soaked bread that has also been ground. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and thoroughly beat it in a bowl (to ensure the zrazy hold their shape in the multicooker).
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Boil the eggs, peel them, and chop finely. Mix them with the cheese. The filling for the zrazy is ready.
Step 4
Take a small amount of the meat mixture and form a patty. Place the filling in the center of the patty. Shape the patty around the filling, carefully sealing the edges and forming it with your hands.
Step 5
Next, fry the zrazy in the multicooker on the 'Baking' mode for 10 minutes on each side. During cooking, you can add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. It took 5 minutes for the zrazy to brown quickly.
Step 6
The fried zrazy should be cooked through for 1 hour on the 'Stewing' mode.
