Ingredients
- Ground meat 10 oz
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Onion 3 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Semolina 4 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Bay leaf 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the potato filling. To do this, boil the potatoes in their skins. Grate them. Mix with 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of semolina, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, finely chopped onion, and grated garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Knead the filling.

Prepare the meat filling. To do this, grind the meat through a meat grinder. Mix with 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of semolina, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, finely chopped onion, and grated garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped bay leaves. Knead the filling.
Step 3
Form a potato patty and place the meat filling inside (that is, coat the meat filling with potato and bread it in flour). Fry on high heat for 2 minutes on one side, then turn and fry for about 20 minutes on low heat.
