- Fresh Rose Hips 4 stems
- Fresh Bay Leaf 3 pieces
- Green peppercorns 6 pieces
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
I washed one kilogram of young potatoes.
Step 2
And placed them to boil in a pot of salted water with pepper and bay leaves.
Step 3
I gathered the rosemary leaves and chopped them finely. The remaining stems can be used as skewers for kebabs.
Step 4
I sautéed the boiled potatoes in hot olive oil along with the rosemary until golden brown.
