Description
Under no circumstances should you add bay leaves to the duck!!!
Ingredients
- Duck 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 2 pieces
- Potato 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, soak the wild duck in a weak vinegar solution for 2-3 hours (to avoid a fishy smell).
Step 2
Clean the duck of its skin, cut it into pieces, and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Chop the onion and carrot into large cubes and add them to the duck, frying for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the potatoes into large pieces, add them to the duck and vegetables, and pour in water, adding garlic. Simmer on low heat for 30-50 minutes.
