Ingredients

  • Beef 15 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour ½ cup
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the meat (beef or pork) into thin slices about 7–10 mm thick. It is very important that the pieces are of even thickness. Tenderize well with a mallet.

Step 2

Prepare three plates: put flour in one. In the second, crack the eggs and simply beat them with a fork, no need to whisk. Add salt and pepper to the eggs. In the third plate, place the breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Take a tenderized piece of meat and coat it in flour so that it is completely covered. Now dip the floured piece into the eggs, allowing the excess to drip off. Then, coat it in breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Pour oil into a frying pan and fry the meat on both sides.
