  • Cauliflower 1 head
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Herbs 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the cauliflower, trim the leaves and stem.

Step 2

Mash the garlic into a paste. Finely chop the herbs.

Step 3

In a deep bowl, mix the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and herbs, and stir.

Step 4

Generously rub the cauliflower with the prepared mixture on all sides, and place it on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake in a preheated oven (355°F or medium heat) for 40 minutes.

Step 5

A toothpick should easily enter the cooked cauliflower while it remains crunchy.

Step 6

If you prefer a softer texture, wrap the cauliflower completely in foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
