- Olive Oil 5 teaspoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Turmeric a pinch

Step 1
Bring a pot of unsalted water to a boil. Add the rice, stir with a wooden spoon, and cook over high heat for 12-15 minutes, until the rice is tender. Drain the rice into a large colander and rinse thoroughly under cold water.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet, add chopped garlic and turmeric, stir, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Then remove the garlic and add the rice to the skillet: heat it up and serve immediately.
