- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- White fish 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Wheat Flour ¼ cup

Step 1
On one plate, pour the flour, add salt and pepper to taste; on a second plate, crack the egg and lightly beat it.
Step 2
Wash the fish, pat it dry with a paper towel, then dip the fish in the egg, followed by the flour on both sides, and place it in a hot skillet with enough oil. Fry for 2–3 minutes on one side, then flip.
