  • Cod fillet 5 oz
  • Pangasius 5 oz
  • Egg white 0 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
  • Leek 0 oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Salt 0 oz
  • White Pepper (whole) 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Shrimp 5 oz
  • Italian chopped parsley 0 oz
  • Lemon 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Thaw the cod and pangasius fillets (if frozen), and drain thoroughly.

Step 2

Pass the peeled shrimp through a meat grinder, leaving 6 pieces for garnish, then grind the fish fillet.

Step 3

Add sautéed leek, finely chopped dill, egg white, and grated Parmesan, and mix well.

Step 4

Sauté the reserved shrimp, wrap them in the mixture, and bake at 355°F for 15 minutes. Garnish with a slice of lemon and dill.
