Description
Vietnamese fish sauce is called nuoc mam and is made from fermented fish with salt that is sun-dried. The Thai version of fish sauce is called nam pla, and it is also perfect for this dish.

- Sesame Oil 6 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper 4 spoons
- Garlic 12 cloves
- Lamb Neck Fillet 30 oz
- Fish Oil 6 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix sesame oil, fish sauce, finely chopped garlic, and black pepper, then marinate the beef in this mixture. It will need to marinate for half an hour at room temperature.
Step 2
After that, remove the meat from the marinade, remove any excess garlic, and pat it dry with paper towels.
Step 3
Fry for three to four minutes on each side, then slice thinly and serve with boiled rice, which can also be sautéed in garlic marinade.
