- Veal 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pound each piece of veal to a thickness of 4 mm. Season with salt.
Step 2
Dredge the pieces of meat in flour, then in lightly beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, ensuring the meat is fully coated but do not press the coating.
Step 3
Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the schnitzels one at a time until golden brown.
Step 4
Serve, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
