Ingredients
- Shrimp 30 oz
- Shallot 2 heads
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Brandy 0 fl oz
- Apple Wine 5 fl oz
- Sugar a pinch
- Tomato Puree 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 0 fl oz
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and clean the shrimp.
Step 2
Sauté the shallots in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Add the shrimp, pour in the brandy, and ignite.
Step 4
When the flame goes out, add the white wine, sugar, tomato puree, salt, cayenne pepper, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the shrimp.
Step 6
Melt the butter, mix it with the flour, add 3 tablespoons of the sauce in which the shrimp were stewed, and stir.
Step 7
Pour in the remaining sauce, bring to a boil, and strain.
Step 8
Transfer the shrimp to the resulting sauce and warm slightly.
