Venison Shashlik

Description
You can prepare shashlik from the meat of other wild animals in the same way.
Ingredients
- Venison 10 oz
- Allspice berries 3 pieces
- Ground clove 3 pieces
- Carrot 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Bay leaf 0 oz
- Apple Wine 0 fl oz
- Narshehab sauce 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the venison, pat it dry with a paper towel, cut it into pieces weighing 50–60 grams, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add whole allspice, bay leaf, cloves, thinly sliced carrot, onion, mix well, pour in white wine, and let it marinate for 20–24 hours.
Step 2
Thread the prepared meat onto skewers and grill over hot coals (without flames).
Step 3
Serve the shashlik, garnished with onion rings.
Step 4
Serve narsharab sauce separately.
