  • Dried Apricots 5 oz
  • Prunes 5 oz
  • Walnuts 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Dill to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take the venison and cover it with plastic wrap. Then take a kitchen mallet and start pounding the meat. The meat should be about 5 mm thick.

Step 2

Next, chop the dried apricots, prunes, and walnuts, and place them on the meat. Lightly salt and pepper.

Step 3

Then preheat the oven to 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking sheet with foil.

Step 4

Next, roll the meat into a tube shape and sprinkle finely chopped dill on top.

Step 5

Cook for approximately 20–40 minutes.
