Ingredients
- Veal Liver 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Onion 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into half-rings and grate the cheese finely.
Step 2
Prepare the liver: clean it from membranes and veins, cut into small strips, and coat each piece in a mixture of flour, pepper, and salt. Sauté the onion in a well-heated pan and set aside on a plate.
Step 3
Sauté the liver over high heat for 7 minutes, add the wine, and cook a little longer until it evaporates.
Step 4
Simmer the liver in cream for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished dish with grated cheese, mix, and garnish with herbs. Carefully place the fried onion on top of the dish and serve.
