Venetian Cutlets with Mozzarella
Ingredients
- Pork Neck 10 oz
- Veal Tenderloin 10 oz
- Fatback 5 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 5 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the meat and fatback through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into large cubes.
Step 3
Form patties from the minced meat and salt them.
Step 4
Then add pepper.
Step 5
Place cheese in the center and shape into cutlets.
Step 6
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet.
Step 7
Place the cutlets in the oil.
Step 8
Once the bottom side is browned, flip them.
Step 9
Cover with a lid and reduce the heat.
Step 10
After 10 minutes, the cutlets are ready. Transfer to a plate and serve.
