  • Veal Tenderloin 10 oz
  • Fatback 5 oz
  • Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 5 oz
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
