Ingredients
- Chopped Cilantro ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 head
- Celery stalk 1 stalk
- Fresh Red Pepper 1 piece
- Green Pepper 1 piece
- Jalapeño pepper 1 piece
- Minced garlic 1 clove
- Beans 20 oz
- Salsa Sauce 5 tablespoons
- Cumin ½ teaspoon
- Taco shells 8 pieces
- Cheddar cheese to taste
- Spicy Thai Sauce to taste
- Tomatoes to taste
- Olives to taste
- Sour Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion, celery, red or green pepper, jalapeño, and garlic until they are soft.
Step 2
Add the beans, spices, and a few tablespoons of salsa. Sauté in the skillet, stirring until the mixture is heated through.
Step 3
Place the tacos on a baking sheet, top with the prepared mixture. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with your favorite toppings.
