  • Chickpea 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Oat flakes 0 oz
  • Garam Masala to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Breadcrumbs 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the chickpeas overnight.

Step 2

Blend the chickpeas in a blender.

Step 3

Take 1/5 of the oat flakes from the blended chickpeas, add spices, mix, and pour in a small amount of boiling water. Let the oats steam. The finished oats should not be liquid, or it will be difficult to shape the patties.

Step 4

Mix the oats with the chickpeas, form patties, and coat them in breadcrumbs (you can substitute with ground buckwheat, bran, semolina, finely ground wheat, etc., if desired).
