Description
Instead of sweet green peas, you can use golden bean sprouts. For a spicy kick, you can also add sweet chili pepper along with the onion, cabbage, and bell pepper.
Ingredients
- Broccoli 15 oz
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Mini corn 6 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 pieces
- Cilantro 1 tablespoon
- Water 5 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the diced onion, sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and corn into the fryer basket and drizzle evenly with olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the green peas, mushrooms, and water to the basket. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the shrimp, finely chopped cilantro, and minced garlic. Cook for another 3 minutes.
