Ingredients
- Courgette 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, and slice it thinly into half-rings; slice the onion, carrot, and tomato into half-rings.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with oil, layer the carrots with onions, zucchini, and tomato; season with a little salt and pepper, and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 390°F.
Step 3
When the vegetables are browned, remove them, sprinkle with herbs, pour over the sauce (lightly beat the eggs, add milk, salt, and pepper), sprinkle with grated cheese on top, and return to the oven for about 5–7 minutes.
