- Puff Pastry 10 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Dill 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the stems, membranes, and seeds from the bell peppers (red and yellow). Cut them into large strips. Slice the onion and tomatoes into rings.
Step 2
Finely chop the dill and green onion, and mince the garlic. Grate the cheese.
Step 3
Roll out the thawed puff pastry.
Step 4
In a round baking dish, layer the vegetables tightly, alternating them. Sprinkle with minced garlic, dill, green onion, and salt. Top with cheese.
Step 5
Cover the vegetables with the rolled-out pastry and place in a preheated oven at 355°F (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30–40 minutes.
Step 6
Carefully invert the finished tart onto a plate (do this gently as there may be juices).
