  • Onion 1 piece
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Green peppercorns 1 piece
  • Potato 4 pieces
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Salt 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sauté chopped onion and grated carrot in a deep frying pan with vegetable oil.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces, and sauté them together with the onions and carrots.

Step 3

Remove the seeds from the bell pepper, slice it into strips, and add it to the vegetables.

Step 4

Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, cut into cubes, and add to the skillet with the other vegetables.

Step 5

Sauté everything together for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 6

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and add them to the stew. Add salt, pepper, and garlic pressed through a garlic press.

Step 7

Mix everything together, reduce the heat, cover the skillet with a lid, and simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and let the stew rest covered.
