
Vegetable Stew with Meat

Description
You can add any vegetables of your choice, such as beans and cabbage.
Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil 5 teaspoons
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Dill 2 spoons
- Potato 8 pieces
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ketchup 4 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour some vegetable oil into a saucepan and heat it up.
Step 2
Cut the meat into small pieces and place it in a pot.
Step 3
Sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Grate (or chop) the carrot, chop the onion, and add them to the meat.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Add enough water to cover the meat.
Step 6
Add the bay leaf, spices, and dill.
Step 7
Dice the potatoes and place them in a pot. Add enough water to cover the potatoes.
Step 8
Add ketchup. Bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.
