Vegetable stew with bell peppers, tomatoes, and potatoes

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
  • White Cabbage 10 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the potatoes into cubes and sauté them, then add the shredded cabbage and cook until the cabbage is soft and slightly golden.

Step 2

Slice the onion and carrot into half-rings, and dice the pepper.

Step 3

Add half of the onion, pepper, and carrot to the potatoes with cabbage and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Step 4

Add the remaining vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Add the diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, and simmer until cooked through.

Step 6

Sprinkle the finished stew with herbs.
