  • Shallot 3 pieces
  • Chinese green beans 15 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • White Cabbage 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the beans, cut them, and boil in salted water for 2 minutes; drain and rinse. In a skillet, heat the oil, add the chopped shallots and crushed garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add the deseeded and finely chopped chili and cabbage, and sauté for 5 minutes. Then add the beans and season to taste.
