Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the carrot and rutabaga, and sauté them with a small amount of water and 5 g of butter.
Step 2
Sauté the chopped cabbage with 20 g of milk until tender, then combine it with the carrot and rutabaga, add the egg, semolina, sugar, and grated cucumber; mix everything, form 2 schnitzels, and fry them in oil after coating with flour.
Step 3
From the remaining milk and 5 g of flour, prepare a cream sauce, pour it over the schnitzel, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with oil, and bake.
