  • Turkey 15 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves 2 bunches
  • Garlic 2 pieces
  • Ginger 0 oz
  • Leek 0 oz
  • Ramiro Pepper ½ piece
  • Marinated cherries 7 pieces
  • Cream 22% 5 fl oz
  • 20% Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Sumac 1 teaspoon
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 teaspoon
  • Ocean salt to taste

Cut the Ramiro pepper into small cubes. Slice the leek into half-rings and crush the garlic with a chef's knife.

Peel the ginger and crush it with a chef's knife as well.

Chop the herbs and cut the tomatoes into quarters.

In a heated skillet, add the ginger and garlic to the oil. Sauté on medium heat until lightly browned on all sides, then set aside on a plate.

Next, add the leek and pepper to the garlic-ginger oil, and stir. After 3 minutes, transfer the sauté to a plate.

Now add the turkey, cut into large cubes.

Once the turkey is browned, stir and cover with a lid.

After 3-4 minutes, add the sumac. Stir.

After another couple of minutes, pour in the cream and stir.

Push the meat to one side and place the herbs on the other side. Cover with a lid.

After 3-4 minutes, season with chili pepper, salt to taste, and stir.

Add the sour cream. Stir.

Return the ingredients set aside on the plate back to the dish. Stir and remove from heat.
