Step 1
Slice the onion, tomatoes, eggplant, green apples, and bell pepper into rounds.
Step 2
Place a cast-iron skillet on the lowest heat. Pour in vegetable oil. Layer the ingredients: onion, tomatoes (sprinkle with a pinch of sugar), eggplant, carrot, apples, leek, and bell pepper.
Step 3
You can sprinkle all layers with garlic and parsley, season each layer with salt to taste, and for those who enjoy it, sprinkle one of the layers with paprika.
