Vegetable Sabji with Paneer in Cream
Ingredients
- Zucchini 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Broccoli 5 oz
- 20% Cream 5 oz
- Adyghe cheese 5 oz
- Dill to taste
- Ground Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander 1 teaspoon
- Asafoetida 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cheese into cubes, chop the dill, and sauté the dill and cheese in butter until golden brown, adding a pinch of salt if desired. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini into medium cubes, divide the broccoli into small florets, and chop the tomatoes into large cubes so they don't fall apart.
Step 3
In a pan with vegetable or butter, sauté the broccoli, add the zucchini, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add half of the tomatoes, simmer for 5 minutes - check the doneness of the broccoli and zucchini with a fork - if ready, mix the cream with the spices, add the Adyghe cheese (or paneer), the remaining tomatoes, and the cream to the vegetables - stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
