  • Broccoli 5 oz
  • 10% cream 0 fl oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes to taste
  • Allspice berries 2 pieces
