Vegetable Ojakuri
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers 2 pieces
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Morels 10 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Spices to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil. Then, place the potatoes on a separate dish lined with paper towels.
Step 2
Meanwhile, slice the onion into rings, cut the red pepper into large pieces, and chop the eggplant. Fry them and also place on the dish.
Step 3
Next, fry the mushrooms, and then the tomatoes cut into large pieces.
Step 4
Arrange all the vegetables in a baking dish, sprinkle with spices (salt, pepper, chili), and squeeze in two cloves of garlic. Add one teaspoon of tomato paste diluted with boiled water.
Step 5
Mix everything and send it to the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Before serving the dish, sprinkle with basil. Bon appétit :)
