  • Courgette 5 oz
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Mushroom seasoning 1 teaspoon
  • Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the carrot and slice it using a vegetable peeler (lengthwise).

Step 2

Slice the zucchini in the same way as the carrot, lengthwise.

Step 3

Peel the onion and cut it into half-rings.

Step 4

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until translucent.

Step 5

Add the carrot and sauté until golden (about 10 minutes).

Step 6

Add the zucchini and sauté until cooked.

Step 7

Season the vegetables with salt, add the seasoning and sesame seeds, and mix.
