- Carrot 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 5 oz

- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the onion on a fine grater, and the other vegetables on a coarse grater, then add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add the egg and flour, and mix everything together.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan, pour in the oil, and spoon the mixture onto the pan to form neat fritters.
Step 4
Fry for a couple of minutes on one side, then flip and fry for another couple of minutes.
